Discover Our Story
Cochi’s Kitchen was started by Manny & Gabby, catering for a tech company in Silicon Valley. By March 2018 we were catering 400-plus meals a day. Like many other businesses we had to pivot during the pandemic.
We began by offering fried chicken sandwiches, which were pre-ordered and picked up in town, and added catering throughout Morgan Hill. As business has grown we decided to open up a permanent location in Morgan Hill.
Cochi’s is currently open Wednesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering breakfast burritos, scones, as well as sandwiches and salads for lunch.
